The famous chocolate chip cookie with crackles! 😍
I've heard a lot about it, but I've never tried it.
But now its time has come. And I was simply blown away...
It's so delicious, words cannot describe it! 😋
Light, airy, and a surprise awaits you after you bite! It's so soft and chewy, like a brownie!
And very chocolatey 🍫😋

🍪Ingredients for 16 cookies:
Vegetable oil - 60 g
Sugar - 170 g
Eggs - 2 (110 g)
Vanilla - 2 tsp
Wheat flour - 120 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Cocoa powder - 60 g
Espresso powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - a pinch
+
Powdered sugar.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C (350F) for 10-15 minutes (depending on the size of the cookies).
Remove from the oven when the edges are set and the center feels slightly soft.
Let cool on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.
Store cookies airtight.
