UAB or Under Age Buyer is an employee with the VA ABC Authority under the age of 21 attempting to purchase alcohol in an undercover operation.
UABs:
tell their true age when asked
appear younger than 21 years of age
carry a valid ID indicating they are under the age of 21
VA ID for age 21 and older is horizontal format
VA ID for those under age 21 is a vertical format
