If you have a felony conviction it does not mean that you cannot get an ABC license in VA. It simply means that your application will be reviewed and investigated in more depth than others.
Be honest on your ABC application and disclose ALL convictions--yes even speeding tickets. Understand the difference between a charge and a conviction.
