Leaders from local Colorado companies and organizations -- Early Childhood Services Corps, Bayaud Enterprises, Colorado Department of Human Service, and Changing the Narrative -- showcase their efforts in supporting experienced employees through intergenerational learning, personalized job-coaching services, and ageism toolkits. In working through the obstacles of the pandemic and understanding the benefits that experienced workers bring, the panel reminds employers to widen their horizons and look past implicit biases during the hiring process. Everyone benefits when older adults are part of the workforce.
