In this video, we are going to explore how to report on the data generated by Einstein Conversation Insights. This video assumes you completed the steps in our initial setup video, if you didn't you can find the link in the description below. We will review the Lightning dashboard and Conversation Intelligence app that comes with Conversation Insights, the objects used in Insights reporting and how to create some interesting reports to see insights and keywords mentioned in your team's video calls.
You will learn:
• Dashboards, reports and report types that comes with the Einstein Conversation Insights license
• Conversation Insights App and Analytics
• Reporting on keywords and insights generated from Einstein Conversation Insights
• How to create custom report types to see additional metrics
• Field definitions for different reports
• Create a field to show call duration in minutes
