Thank you for being with me for the past 10 years. Its been a pleasure and a joy to grow more mature with you :) Growing older using yoga as a tool that keeps us feeling aligned, centered, and energetic has been a great pillar for me. I love exploring different styles of movement with you. Yoga based on creativity, flow, joy, fun, ease, and love.
I envision exploring yoga over 40 and yoga over 50 as well as the more dynamic yoga styles you know me for as I move forward. I still enjoy HIIT, power yoga, vinyasa yoga, interval yoga, cardio yoga, strength yoga, bodyweight workouts, creativity, fluidity movement, fascia, somatic, pilates, core yoga and so much more. I will explore energy movement, chi gong style, etc. Exploration and creativity are my nature and if I have an abundant source flowing from my core that would be a spring of creativity. I love the health benefits movement can offer us- it can keep our joints, heart, spine, internal organs, reproductive system and so much more healthy and balanced.
