In How To Make This Photo – 004 I'll explain how this photo almost didn't happen and how potentially endless amounts of images get left behind because of "the weather". We'll go over the Adobe Lightroom work needed to make an image like this pop all while I share the story of this image with you.
Welcome to How To Make This Photo, a series of episodes that explain the how and why behind the photographic images I create. I have a firm belief that photography and creating with a camera is one of the most enjoyable ways of creating. I also believe it's up to the photographer to stop, look, and see their vision for each image they produce. Many times this includes taking extra steps, making plans, and going out of the way in order to make a photograph come to life. My goal is to share the thoughts and ideas behind my camera and photographs and inspire fellow photographers to get out there, perhaps try new techniques and create beautiful images.
