Margin debt is at an all time high. Treasury yields have been rising. These are two factors that historically line up with stock market tops. Even though this is not a prediction of a stock market crash soon, I do think this is a time to be cautious in the stock market and to not be greedy while everyone else is greedy.
Then some updates on a couple of my stocks, like Sprott stock (SII) Which is still an undervalued dividend stock that has been doing well due to holding trusts in gold, silver, platinum, and paladium.
