New to my channel!? I'm a Wife and Homeschool Mama to 4 boys- I take care of my Mom and all together we are a family of 7. I work part-time from home where I also run several small businesses. I zero base budget and use the cash envelope method as it has helped me pay off over 55K of our debt. I'm on a journey to break poor money habits that stem from prior generations in my family. I'm learning to rise above a scarcity mindset.
What is a Scarcity Mindset? A scarcity mindset makes escaping poverty extremely difficult. For example I used to constantly tell myself that I couldn't invest in the future in fear of my present needs not getting met and whenever I did have money I would buy everything I needed and wanted at that moment since I was not thinking about the future. I've come a long way since then!
