Dirty. Filthy. Scum. The only words that can describe a group of people who get pleasure out of seeing a wild animal torn apart.
To put things in perspective, most of us are making difficult sacrifices, worrying about the future, our jobs, our loved ones. Most of us can’t see our family. Some are facing local lockdowns. Yet there is a small privileged minority who have received government grants to allow them to have large gatherings of over 70, with no social distancing and no facemasks. All so they can get their kicks out of watching a small animal get torn apart by a pack of hounds. As if that wasn’t bad enough these irresponsible parents are forcing their children to watch this graphic violence and who knows what psychological damage this will do to them. At worst they will grow up as psychotic as their parents, with no empathy towards anyone and certainly none towards wildlife.
This fox stood no chance. It was put up at former hunt master John Jeffries Primrose Hill, it was hunted towards the road where it was turned back towards the hounds by riders and supporters. It ended up getting stuck trying to jump a fence at Meadow Farm. Realising a sab was approaching the huntsman ran off, jumped on his horse and rode off from the scene of the crime. From there he went on to arrogantly take over both sides of the busy road up towards Edge Hill.
This is the real face of hunting in the UK
