Create a Gain-Effort Matrix with Excel
I introduced you to the Gain-Effort Matrix in an episode of my series Christian Acts as a Teacher, and I provided a reasoned critique of it in another episode of the same series.

This time, I'm offering a tutorial on how to build such a matrix using Excel.
The goal is to present the various tasks, actions, or projects graphically, with the ability to "read" the gain and effort characteristics and the recommended priorities at a glance.
