Salesforce: Records Owned by Deactivated Users
In this video, I will be showing you how to find records owned by deactivated users. Watch in 1.5x the speed for a better experience.
With the standard reports on leads you will not have the option to customize nor does it contain "Lead Owner: Active" filter.
You must build a custom report type and edit the layout and add the Lead Owner: active field. This method is also applicable to other objects not just to leads. Same process but with any object.
What you can do with these records is either transfer them to another active user or dispose of them.
