ASMR Audio Book Tapping - 1970's Herbal Remedies
I have this neat out-of-print book about herbal remedies & folklore that our old neighbors gave us before they moved away - so I tap it a little and talk soft spokenly about what's inside.
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It's a tingly feeling in your scalp and skin - very much like frisson - that many people experience from things other than (or in addition to) music. It's relaxing and lovely.
