ASMR Audio Whispering & Tapping a Dalek
In this audio-only ASMR video I whisper about classic Doctor Who and tap on a Dalek. Hopefully by the end of it you'll be catching some zzz's! Probably best to use headphones.
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It's a tingly feeling in your scalp and skin - very much like frisson - that many people experience from things other than (or in addition to) music. It's relaxing and lovely.
