Note: These are some of the steps we will often guide customers through if you reach out to us by email or phone. Exploring these troubleshooting options yourself when issues arise can be a really helpful starting point and will often lead to a resolution.
Troubleshooting steps:
Check your battery manufacturer's app (Tesla, SolarEdge, etc.) for system status
Review Amber's known issues tracker for widespread problems
Check for firmware updates through your manufacturer's platform
Contact your installer for hardware or connectivity issues
Reach out to your battery manufacturer's customer service team
Report non-urgent issues via "Notice something strange" in the Amber app
