A eleven year's old little boy swallow two keys with ring when playing few hours before. As her parents bring the boy to our hospital . We took it as emergency and removed the battery from stomach by grasping foreign body removal forceps.
একটি এগারো বছরের ছোট ছেলে শিশু খেলতে গিয়ে দুইটি চাবি রিং সহ গিলে ফেলে কয়েক ঘণ্টা আগে। তার বাবা-মা ছেলেটি কে আমাদের হাসপাতালে নিয়ে আসলে, আমরা ফরেন বডি বের করার ফরসেপের সাহায্যে আঁকড়ে ধরে পাকস্থলী থেকে চাবিদুটি বের করি.

Procedure: Foreign Body Removal
Indication: History of accidental foreign body (Two key with a ring)
Medication: Under sedation
Patient Age 11 year's male
FINDINGS:
FOL: Epiglottis, aryepiglotic folds, piriform fossas and vocal cords appear normal.
OESOPHAGUS: The mucosa, vascular pattern, lumen and peristalsis appear normal. Both upper and lower oesophageal sphincters are normal in position and function.
STOMACH: A foreign body (two key with ring) is seen within the food particle at the body. The foreign body is grasped by foreign forceps and extracted out.
DUODENUM: D1 and D2 along with papilla appear normal.
BIOPSY: Not taken.
COMMENTS: Foreign body (Two key with ring) stomach (Please see the description also).
THERAPEUTIC INTERVENTION: Foreign body removal done.
