In this part of the webinar, the focus is on designing water permaculture systems. I emphasize starting with water as the primary consideration and then designing other systems around it. I address here common misconceptions about permaculture water harvesting systems, explaining that we don't "steal" water. I also explain why water is distributed more effectively in permaculture systems across landscapes, including urban areas.
Essentially, permaculture water harvesting systems help prevent floods by distributing water more effectively across landscapes, including urban areas. Additionally, these systems can multiply the amount of rainwater available for cultivation.
