Even More Unboxing/Assembling SINCGARS AN/VRC-92
As we work on assembling a VRC-92, we get a few more items.
Some small items unboxed:
1. Cable for Harris RF-5912-PS001 charger used with PRC-152, RF-310M, RF-7850M-HH and others
2. Sincgars ASIP battery inserts and their usage
3. Sincgars external amp AM-7238B and external mount, MT-6353/VRC
The Sincgars AN/VRC-92 is an LR/LR set up (long range/long range) where each ASIP radio has a 50W power amplifier.
Radios in use are the RT-1720E similar to the RT-1532E radios. These are the smaller version of the RF-1439/1523 unlettered also used in the AN/PRC-119.
