When Microsoft does anything at all
Recently, I had a trial account begin autocharging my debit card after the trial was extended. All good there!
I went to cancel this, and it turns out Microsoft generated an alias email address for the business account, instead of using the email address I wanted, and now I need to wait a long period before I can contact their business team to cancel this.
This clip is my honest reaction. Do better, Microsoft!
