Adventures in BHUTAN
One of our all-time favorite adventures!! The Kingdom of Bhutan, also known as the Land of the Thunder Dragon, was untouched and off limits to Westerners until only a few decades ago.
We were invited by the Bhutan Olympic Committee to promote the Tour of the Dragon, considered the toughest one-day mountain bike race in the world. Its a 166 mile ride through the Himalayas.
Throw in some white water rafting, rock climbing, and the Tigers Nest Monastery and you got yourself a bucket list trip.
Oh yea, and we got to hang out with the Prince....No big deal. Typical Tuesday for the Bargo Bros!
