Full Body Postpartum Pilates - 20 Minute Workout After Pregnancy

I filmed this when I was 7 weeks postpartum with twins so I'm right there with you! We're doing a 23 mins full body with a focus on deep core and pelvic floor of course! We will be leveling up with 1lb bala bangles, however this can 100% be done just using your own body weight as well. Listen to your body!
