2010 announcement and promotional video for the unveiling of the CFV Solar Test Laboratory in Albuquerque, New Mexico. CFV performs safety, performance and reliability testing of PV modules and is jointly owned by CSA International, the VDE Testing and Certification Institute, the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems, and Fraunhofer CSE.
