I wanted to do a video this morning to talk about how you can take content that's already been created to share on your personal Facebook and Instagram accounts to generate more awareness with your sphere of influence. I cant express enough, being a secret agent hurts! The worst feeling in the world is when a friend of family member works with another real estate agent. Its rarely because they hate it, its usually because they forgot you are a real estate agent and you help people buy and sell homes. I'm telling you, it can be fixed, you just need to understand the number one rule in real estate. People are going to pick the first or second real estate agent they have been exposed to, once they start thinking about buying or selling a home. Take content that already exists and use it to your advantage to make sure you are always out in front of them with some kind of real estate content and information, so you can show them you are winning and you help people buy and sell homes.
