A short #tutorial to fix the incorrect chromosome number error in #PLINK, in case of a species with less chromosomes compared to humans.
When you work with a species with lower number of chromosomes than humans, you are not obliged to use the --chr-set option or any similar one in your script. This misght lead to problems down the line. This video demonstrates this problem on open access data, and shows how to fix it.
