Plane LANDS inside another plane MID-AIR?!?!?! (Not Clickbait) | AIAA DBF 2021
BlackBuzz, Georgia Tech's entry to the AIAA Design, Build & Fly competition, took home the 5th place on the overall championship. The aircraft had to complete a 10 minute timed mission while towing an aerodynamically stable "sensor" around the flight course as many times as possible. The aircraft's score was calculated as the number of laps completed in 10 minutes, multiplied by the sensor's weight and length.
