This Ghana Lamb Pepper Soup Will Warm Your Soul 🔥🇬🇭
Hello everyone, welcome back to Mrsdrewry's food channel, let;s make a very delicious Ghanaian lamb peppersoup with fufu, as usual my recipes are easy to make and very delicious! Thanks for watching.
Ingredients:
2kg leg of Lamb on the bone
1/2 diced small onion
blend: 1 onion, 6 garlic cloves, large ginger, 1 tbsp aniseed, 1 tsp peppercorns, 1 star anise, 1 tbsp dried rosemary, 1 tbsp tomato paste, 1 cup water
lamb seasoning
salt to taste
5 small tomatoes
3 or more scotch bonnets
1 large onion
1/2 aubergine
2 or more littres of water
oyster mushrooms
sankofa beef and chicken seasoning
food seasoning
