The Ultimate Ghana Egg Stew – Sardines & Mackerel Ed
hi everyone let's make an easy but delicious Ghana style egg stew, as usual very simple to make, enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 cup oil
2 sliced medium-sized onions
blend, onion, ginger, garlic, scotch bonnet and red chillies with some water
2 tbsp tomato paste
1tsp dried thyme
1 tsp tandoori curry
blend about 11 medium-sized fresh tomatoes
10 eggs or less
sardines and mackerel in sunflower oil
1 tbsp chicken flavour powder
1tbsp smoked paprika
1/2 tbsp caribbean curry powder
1/2 tbsp food seasoning
boiled eggs optional
