Mondays lunch from Sunday's roast was a major part of my childhood diet.
Today I tend to stear clear of wheat based products though my Italian friends have assured me the expensive Italian pasta brands are made from the "correct" wheat and should be ok.
"Ezekial" brand bread in the US used heirloom grains and seemed to be ok for me to eat in moderation.
