📌 Complete Recipe – CRUNCH CAKE (Crunchy Chocolate Cake)
Batter
3 eggs
184g or 1 cup of sugar
120ml or 1/2 cup of oil
65g or 1/2 cup of 100% cocoa powder
165g or 1 1/2 cups of wheat flour
240ml or 1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the eggs, sugar, oil, and cocoa in a bowl and mix well.
2. Add the milk, a pinch of salt, and then the flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix and pour into a greased baking pan.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven and poke holes in the cake. Set aside.
Syrup Ingredients
360ml or 1 1/2 cups of milk
92g or 1/2 cup of sugar
65g or 1/2 cup of 100% cocoa powder
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and cook until boiling.
2. Use to cover the cake.
Crunchy Ganache Ingredients
1 package of breakfast cereal
400g of semi-sweet chocolate
200g of heavy cream
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Melt the chocolate with the heavy cream in 30-second intervals in the microwave.
2. Place the cereal in a baking pan and bake for 15 minutes, until crispy.
3. Mix with the ganache and cover the cake.
