June 30 2012 - an UPDATE on conditions since JUNE 21 - The waters of the Fraser River continued to swell; the Township of Langley padlocked docks and the Fort Langley Canoe Club [FLCC] prohibited members from paddling on the river and in the Bedford Channel during these adverse conditions. Experts say there is a drying trend ahead, however, during the night and day rain continued to fall.
