Fuel venting (blowdown) from the Centaur (upper stage).
The SBIRS GEO-6 satellite was launched from Cape Canaveral on an Atlas V rocket on Thursday 4 August at 10:29 UTC.
The satellite separated from the Centaur three hours later (13:29 UTC) and blowdown began approximately 30 minutes after this (around 13:59 UTC).
The video was made from 80 x 30 second image stacks captured by my Sony IMX291 meteor camera.
Images are 30 second stack from 13:56 UTC to 14:36 UTC (23:56 to 00:36 AEST). The blowdown was very faint and lasted approximately 30 minutes.
