Factory Hard reset / Formate android in Recovery / Off mode - Spice mi350n Dual sim
make sure you have enough battery,
Turn off your mobile
keep press power+volume up+option button until recovery mode comes
press menu button to bring utility
navigate to wipe data,
press option to select
again navigate to erase option
and press option button to confirm,
it will take some time to ready the phone to use.
and make sure there no mis-link with battery until phone gets ready to use to use.
