African-American
In a small village on the edge of the Vologda region, an African-American man appears on New Year's Eve with a poster "Black Lives Matter" (black lives Matter). Having aroused the interest of the police, he provokes them and gets to the police station. There, because of their lack of knowledge of the language, they cannot understand the purpose of his picket. As a result, the New Year comes and all the police officers with their wives, as well as an African-American, celebrate the holiday together at the station. In the morning, it turns out that the video of the arrest of an African-American by the police, someone posted on the Internet and a violent reaction began in America. The media and congressional representatives demanded to release the participant of the Black Lives Matter movement and apologize to him. In order not to raise an international scandal, the Russian Foreign Ministry entrusted the local governor with the mission to resolve this delicate issue.
