Drywall Ballistics Gel Testing
Some unscientific testing of shooting various popular home defense calibers through drywall and into some home made ballistics gel. found the recipe for that on YouTube it was about $20 a block. looks like everything is deadly through one layer of drywall/insulation even #6 birdshot. HST performed beautifully and same with the 556 and buckshot. 300 blackout FMJ performed very well and the corbon hollow points did marginally well. The hollow points were clogged by the drywall but they still opened halfway.
