300 Win Mag VS Pumpkin at 700 Yards
Trying to hit a pumpkin at 700 yards with my Remington 700 chambered in 300 Win Mag. shooting Barnes TTSX and some Federal Premium BTHPs. the federal Is what I was shooting when I hit the plate not sure which hit the pumpkin. I certainly thought it would be more dramatic when hit but it still punched nice holes and it's still going 1600 feet per second at that distance.
