This video contains everything extracted from "bil.raw" the 16-bit LPCM file obtained after installing GTA2 game. I had to extract it three times, because some SFX are saved with 16kHz, some with 11kHz and even more at 8kHz sampling rate.
Because the game makes use of variable sample rate of sounds, this video contains:
1. Non-vocal SFX, most commonly used in game, in 16kHz sample rate.
2. SFX with (pedestrian) voices, in 8kHz sample rate.
3. The same as 1. but SFX such as ice-cream van and telephone with proper speed (8kHz).
4. BG Noises and screams in 11kHz.
