I always think about "what happens if Thomas becomes obsessive over Chuck's death and took over wckd, does a shit tons of unethical things to other gladers (especially Gally because he shot Chuck) and ending up becoming the people that he hates at the very beginning. When he finally realizes and regrets it, he shoots himself the same way Ava Paige did ( in the video shown when they completed the maze )
