Leo Award Winners - Best Musical Scores (Daryl Bennett)
YouTube - I’ve been honoured to receive many awards for my musical scores for film and I’d like to present excerpts of a few of the award winning scores here. One of my favourite film composers, Hans Zimmer, says, “The purpose of film music is very simple. You invite the audience in and you say to them ‘I give you the opportunity to feel something… You as an audience get to complete the emotion, you get to go and complete the journey’”. So with that in mind, it would be my hope that my music will inspire you to take a journey of your own and allow the music to move you in your own personal way.
