SONGS for Film - SOULFUL & Beautiful Soundtracks (Daryl Bennett)
As a film composer, I’m often asked to write a song for a film and whether it plays as a feature in the film or in the credits, either way it fulfills an important artistic element that’s integral to the overall film. A career highlight has been working with the legendary gospel artist, Andraé Crouch on a number of collaborations, including “Changin’” and “Right Where I Am” which are included in this collection. Plus, enjoy a brief vocal performance by Andraé in “Rivers of the World”. The uniqueness of Andraé’s creative process has definitely been an influence on me and has shaped my songwriting. Thanks for listening! Enjoy!
