Debian 11 - Install angular and Create Hello World Demo App

1.- How to install Angular framework in a Debian 11 system.
2.- How to create an application with Angular.
I'm using Visual Studio Code as an integrated development environment. I'm executing the angular server in a console, but you can use the play button on visual studio code to run your code.
