Vets Hate Pugs!! Don't they?!
Vets do NOT hate Pugs, or Frenchies or English Bulldogs but what I do hate is;
The fact that people don't know about their problems,
The fact that some some people wilfully deny they have any problems,
The fact that there is a total refusal from breed clubs to change the 'standards' or allow out-crossing to improve the situation.
If you have a flat faced dog, you should never feel bad for loving them, I love them too!
And the reason I, and other vets, speak out on these issues isn't because we hate them, it is because we simply want their lives to be better!
