Google Play License Check Failed FIX (2 Options) Updated

If you purchased any of my apps from Google Play. After installing, I’m now seeing a message that says “License Check failed..” or “Unable to Validate license..” and the app closes.
How do I fix this?

This is an issue with the Google Play app cache, it’s out of my control, but here are some steps that should fix this:
1.Tap Settings, then Applications (sometimes just called Apps).
2.Find eg.Shiny Red and Black Icon Pack Paid in the app list, and un-install it.
3.Then, find Google Play Store, select it, then tap ‘Clear Data’ then restart your phone.
4.Close Settings, then open the Google Play app and re-install eg.Shiny Red and Black Icon Pack Paid.
This will clear the cached data about what apps you own, and re-running the Play Store will download a correct list of apps you own including eg.Shiny Red and Black Icon Pack Paid.
