How to Change Icons Individually in Nova Launcher
I've used Nova Launcher and Colors Icon Pack in this video but its more or less the same in other custom launchers.
PS-Change the icon in ur APP DRAWER, if u change the icon on ur home screen it will NOT CHANGE automatically in ur APP DRAWER just the home screen.
How to Change Icons Individually in Nova Launcher

1.Tap and Hold down on the icon then release it, then a small pop-up will appear.
2.It will allow you to change the icon and the name.
3.Select the icon, this will show your icon packs, select Colors IP (ur icon pack eg.Sleek IP) and choose your icon, Built-in Search Feature within the App.
