Visiting a little town called Amalfi With Willow Hand
In this video, I finally made it to the beautiful coastal town of Amalfi, and it was both stunning and super busy—definitely not what I expected! Amalfi is famous for its breathtaking views, historical charm, and its iconic lemons, which are used in everything from sorbet to Limoncello. I couldn't resist grabbing a refreshing lemon sorbet while exploring the town.
I spent the day walking around and soaking in the sights, including climbing what felt like a million stairs to visit the famous Amalfi Cathedral (Duomo di Amalfi). It's an impressive piece of history that dates back to the 9th century, but fair warning: those steps are no joke, especially in 100-degree heat! After exploring, I headed back for a quick dip to cool off and then handpicked some fresh veggies from the garden to whip up a homemade, homegrown pasta dish—Willow style, of course!
