ENKA is committed to advancing its culture of design and innovation, based on an innovative and continuous development principle. In this regard, the establishment of the Design Center at the company's Headquarters has been a significant step in strengthening ENKA’s leadership in the sector.
In 2024, the ENKA Design Center carried out a total of 11 design projects with a budget exceeding USD 13.6 million, entirely financed through the company's own resources.
Recognizing that employees are the cornerstone of successfully integrating current scientific and technological developments into the company's operations, ENKA actively fosters the professional development of its workforce. The company encourages its Design Center team of 242 members to engage in a wide range of conferences, symposiums, and training activities, empowering them to stay at the forefront of industry trends and innovations.
The design and R&D budget of ENKA and its group companies for 2024 amounted to approximately USD 16.1 million. Çimtaş Steel R&D Center, with a team of 48 people, carried out 7 different projects throughout the year. These projects included the design and development of systems used in the construction of petrochemical and natural gas plants, as well as mega and specialised structures; design and development of processes, methods, production techniques and device design for emergence of innovative and environment-friendly products. Cimtas Ningbo conducted 4 different projects with 11 people involved in R&D projects. Kasktaş, on the other hand, carried out 10 projects with its Design Center consisting of 32 people.

ENKA, yenilikçi ve sürekli gelişim anlayışını temel alarak, tasarım ve inovasyon kültürünü sürdürülebilir bir şekilde ilerletmeyi hedeflemektedir. Bu doğrultuda, şirketin Merkez Ofis'inde kurulan Tasarım Merkezi, ENKA'nın sektördeki liderliğini pekiştiren önemli bir adım olmuştur.
2024 yılında, ENKA Tasarım Merkezi, özkaynaklarıyla karşılanan ve 13,6 milyon ABD Doları'nı aşan bir bütçeyle toplamda 11 önemli tasarım projesine imza atmıştır.
Güncel bilimsel ve teknolojik gelişmelerin şirket bünyesinde yürütülen çalışmalara adapte edilmesinde en önemli etkenin çalışanları olduğunun bilincinde olan ENKA, 242 kişiden oluşan Tasarım Merkezi çalışanlarının çeşitli konferans, sempozyum ve eğitim faaliyetlerine katılımını desteklemektedir.
ENKA ve grup şirketlerinin 2024 yılı tasarım ve AR-GE bütçesi yaklaşık 16,1 milyon ABD Doları seviyesinde gerçekleşmiştir. Çimtaş Çelik AR-GE Merkezi; projelerinde görev alan 48 kişilik ekibiyle yıl içinde 7 farklı proje yürütmüş ve petro-kimya, doğal gaz tesislerinin, mega ve özel yapıların üretiminde kullanılan sistemlerin tasarımı ve geliştirilmesi, yenilikçi ve çevre dostu ürünlerin ortaya çıkarılması için proses, metot, üretim yöntemi ve aparat tasarımı ile geliştirilmesi görevleri başarıyla tamamlanmıştır. Cimtas Ningbo AR-GE projelerinde görev alan 11 kişilik 4 farklı proje yürütmüştür. Kasktaş ise 32 kişiden oluşan Tasarım Merkezi ile 10 proje gerçekleştirmiştir.
