ENKA's Global Best Projects Winners
The winners of ENR Magazine's Global Best Projects Awards for 2023 have been announced, and we are proud to share that all three of our nominated projects have received prestigious awards. Our Nassau Cruise Port Development Project in the Bahamas was honored with the Best Project award in the Airport/Port category. Additionally, the Produced Water 2 (PW2) Facility Project in Iraq was recognized as the Best Project, and Tripoli West 671 MW Simple Cycle Power Plant Project in Libya received the Merit Award in the Power/Industrial category. The projects underwent rigorous evaluation based on multiple criteria, including teamwork and the ability to overcome challenges, safety measures, innovative solutions, contributions to both the industry and the community, construction quality, craftsmanship, as well as the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the designs. Despite the challenging conditions prevalent in the regions where we operate, we have diligently upheld these criteria, which are deeply ingrained in ENKA's values, across all our projects for a remarkable span of 66 years. Indeed, these prestigious awards stand as a testament to the fruits of our collaborative efforts and the robust cooperation we have maintained with our esteemed team members, partners, and stakeholders. We are committed to maintaining uncompromising high-quality standards as we apply our exceptional engineering and construction expertise to a diverse range of projects, spanning from energy initiatives to infrastructure and construction projects across the globe. ENR Dergisi tarafından belirlenen 2023 Küresel En İyi Projeler Ödülleri’nin adayı olan 3 projemizin de ödül aldığını paylaşmaktan gurur duyuyoruz. Bahamalar’da gerçekleştirdiğimiz Nassau Kruvaziyer Limanı projemiz Havalimanı/Liman dalında En İyi Proje ödülünü alırken, Enerji/Endüstri alanında Irak’taki Yağlı Su Arıtma 2 Tesisi projemiz En İyi Proje ödülüne, Libya’daki Tripoli West 671 MW Basit Çevrim Elektrik Santrali projemiz Liyakat ödülüne layık görüldü. Projeler; ekip çalışması ve zorlukların üstesinden gelme, iş güvenliği ve sağlığı, yenilik ve sektöre/topluma katkı, inşaat kalitesi ve ustalık, tasarımın işlevselliği ve estetik kalitesi kriterlerine göre kapsamlı bir değerlendirmeye tabi tutuldu. Faaliyet gösterdiğimiz bölgelerin zorlayıcı koşullarına rağmen, ENKA değerlerine işlediğimiz bu kriterleri tüm projelerimizde 66 yıldır hassasiyetle yerine getiriyoruz. Nitekim aldığımız bu prestijli ödüller de değerli ekibimiz, partnerlerimiz ve paydaşlarımızla yürüttüğümüz ortak çaba ve sağlam iş birliğinin karşılığıdır. Dünyanın dört bir yanında enerji projelerinden altyapı ve bina işlerine kadar geniş yelpazede üstün mühendislik ve inşaat becerilerimizi sergilerken; yüksek kalite standartlarından ödün vermeden çalışmaya devam edeceğiz.
