Everything we do at Nationwide Children’s Hospital is focused on achieving best outcomes for our patients and families. Since our Zero Hero program launched in 2009, our team has shared great pride in being Zero Heroes and dedicating ourselves to 'Create a Safe Day. Every day.' It was this dedication and forward thinking that inspired a national pediatric patient safety movement to eliminate preventable patient harm and achieve a zero-error rate. It's how we became Zero Heroes.
