This is a proof of concept showing the mechanics of two TF2 characters in CS:GO without any mods, plugins, or addons.

In the video I show the Medic and the Engineer's tools being used on a custom map. Note that since this video is just showing off the scripting side (the interesting part of the video), everything else is just using dev textures (like all the engineer's buildings).

Everything is compiled into the map, so no external tools are used, and the only thing needed to use the characters is the map file.

Rundown of features:
Medic:
-Passive healing (about 1 point of health per second)
-Left click on teammate to attach a healing beam that heals the target over time.
-As health is administered, Ubercharge goes up
-Once full, right click will deplete the charge over a couple seconds, granting increased healing and health regeneration

Engineer:
-Right click opens up a menu to choose a building to place, clicking right click again scrolls through the menu
-Left click selects the currently chosen building. This puts the blueprint of the building in front of you
-This blueprint follows you around and rotates as per your view
-Right click cancels the build, left click places the building at the blueprint's position.
-There are four buildings that can be placed, the sentry, the dispenser, and a teleporter entrance/exit pair. The sentry shoots the other team, the dispenser heals teammates, and the teleport entrance teleports teammates to the exit (not the other way around)
-Each building has it's own health that depletes when shot.
-Each building can be destroyed and rebuilt (but multiple instances of a building can not exist at the same time).

This idea can be expanded on further (i.e. making a full map out of it that can actually be played), but for now this is just proof that it can be done.
