Uflex Steering Twin Cylinder System Installation
In this video, we are installing a Uflex hydraulic steering system on a center console with twin outboards. This is a twin cylinder system.
For additional information, please reference the Uflex installation manual. The difficulty level for this installation is moderate and it should take 1-2 hours on average.

14 mm wrench (bolt)
9/16 in wrench (locknut)
40 Nm [29.5 lb ft] (bolt)
25 Nm [18.5 lb ft] (locknut)
19 mm [3/4 in] wrench
Measuring tape
Marine type grease: Triple Guard Grease or trailer bearing marine grease
2 x 19 mm [3/4 in] Sockets
Channellock pliers
Anti-seize grease
70 Nm [52 lb ft] (rod bolts and tilt rod locknuts)
1/8 Allen wrench
3 Nm [2 lb ft]
19mm [3/4 in] (hose fittings); 11/16 in (locking nut)
20Nm [15 lb ft] (fittings and locknut)
8 mm Allen socket wrench
19mm [3/4 in] open end wrench
Phillips screwdriver
76 Nm [56 lb ft] (allen bolts)
2.7 Nm [24 lb in] (Retaining screw)
