Glass Material Isn't Transparent In EEVEE | EEVEE Glass Shader | Unable To See Objects Through Glass
There could be a few reasons why the glass material in EEVEE isn't transparent and objects aren't visible through it:
The material settings might not be configured properly: Make sure that the material settings for the glass object are set up correctly. Specifically, ensure that the Blend Mode is set to "Alpha Blend" or "Alpha Clip" and that the "Screen Space Reflections" option is enabled.
The render settings might not be configured properly: Check the render settings to ensure that "Screen Space Reflections" is enabled and that "Transparent" is selected as the Film option. This will allow the glass object to be transparent and allow objects behind it to be visible.
The lighting might not be set up properly: Make sure that there is enough light in the scene to properly illuminate the glass object and the objects behind it. Additionally, ensure that the "Refraction" option is enabled in the material settings to allow for proper light refraction through the glass.
The geometry might not be correct: Check to ensure that the geometry of the glass object is correct and that there are no overlapping faces or inverted normals. These issues can cause rendering problems and prevent the glass from appearing transparent.
The GPU might not be able to handle the rendering: If the glass material still isn't appearing transparent after trying the above solutions, it could be that the GPU is unable to handle the rendering. Try reducing the number of polygons in the scene or reducing the complexity of the glass material.
